I have taken Jessica's daughters pictures a couple of times and her maternity pictures. Gianna had trouble sleeping just like Carter so I decided to try it. He doesn't sleep long in it, but it helps me get a few things done around the house for a little bit!
Speaking of CJ.....
He is growing fast! He gained 1lb in a week and we go back to the Dr on Friday so I'm curious what he is going to weigh. Last time he was in the 30% for weight and 90% for height. He still swims in his newborn clothes though. He is looong but he is starting to fill out a little bit. He eats lots and is up to 4oz about every 3 hours (sometimes longer, sometimes shorter)
We had to switch him to SOY formula because the doctors think he may have a milk intolerance. He was having a lot of trouble going #2. Now that we have switched him to SOY he is loose as a goose and feeling better.
We also think he may be a little Colic. At this point he is either sleeping, eating, or crying. He doesn't just sit and hang out yet...but we are getting there. (good thing he has the cutest pouty lip ever))
We had friends over last night to play games and he cried pretty much from 7pm - 11pm. Not sure if we are ever going to get them to come back. ;) ...plus CJ sometimes pees out his diapers and he ended up peeing on Kate. Oops. SO HERE IS YOUR DISCLAIMER EVERYONE, IF YOU HOLD CJ HE MAY PEE ON YOU. I think he has peed on at least 5 people so far.......
He did sleep on me on the couch last night however from 11:30 - 4:30 so I got semi-sleep for 5 hours. yay me and yay CJ.
That being said he has been sleeping most the day today and as I am typing this he is actually SLEEPING IN HIS CRIB. I put him there so I could put Drew to bed and he has been sleeping for almost 2 hours in it. I am expecting him to wake up at any moment b/c I think he will be getting hungry. So we ARE making progress and I know it will get better, but I am preparing myself to be up all night tonight. I'll let you know how it goes.
Like I have said before, I will not trade him for sleep. We love him very much and are looking forward to see what his personality will be like. We are still cherishing this newborn stage (although I forgot how hard it was) because we know it flies by fast. Drew is our proof of that. I have no idea where 3 years have gone with him!!
Drew LOVES CJ so much and always wants to sit by him, hold him, kiss him...etc. When he gets up if he does not see CJ right away he asks where he is.
I could not ask for more in my life right now. I am happy with my 2 boys....well 3 if you count Brad which I do. =0) I LOVE MY BOYS!

My baby twins are going into high school next year and my baby is right behind them. I can't believe that they grow so quickly. Thanks for keeping us posted. I love it that you blog and show us pictures.
