Snow & Shoes

So where is all this Snow that everyone has been talking about? All I see is rain? I was looking forward to a good snowfall (if its going to be this cold, it might as well snow) so I could take some pictures of Drew in the fluffy white stuff. However, I'm trying to figure out how to do that when the kid has no shoes. He has thick feet and they are hard to fit, also, does anyone else notice there are a gazillion shoe options for girls and no options for boys. Then, if I do put shoes on him, he kicks his feet until they are off, currently he is not a fan, probably because I cannot get them to fit right. So that brings me back to my original question, once there is snow, how do I get pictures without getting his socks all wet? Wrap them in baggies? lol, that would be a picture.
