I thought I would try this for my blog so I can update it easier than the way I was doing it. Also it keeps track of history and such as well. Hopefully you all like the change! Here is an update:
Just thought I would give everyone an update. I will try to add pictures for you all....I know you are in Picture withdrawal since I haven't posted any since Halloween. Actually, I haven't taken many pictures since Halloween, so that is part of the reason.Drew knows what sound a Monkey makes and a Lion. Its really quite funny, we tried to get it on video, but as soon as he sees the video camera he is distracted and makes a bee-line straight for it. Most kids learn what a dog or cat says first, nope not here, we start with lions and monkeys. He also knows "How big is Drew......" sometimes he will lift both hands and sometimes just once. This morning in church we were singing (he stays for singing, then he goes to nursery) and he was bouncing and clapping, I whispered in his ear "how big is drew" and he started raising his hands. It was funny because everyone around me thought it was so cute that he was raising his hands to the music. Currently we are working on "What does Santa Say?" HO HO HO. If we can get it by Christmas we are golden. HA! Speaking of Christmas, has it snuck up on anyone else this year? I have not put up one decoration yet, ba humbug you might say, but I cannot get myself to drag it all out, only to put it away in like 3 weeks. There will be plenty of Christmas Cheer at the Grandparents houses' I'm sure, which is where we will be spending Christmas anyway.
