My dad's birthday was January 28th. Mom was in town already watching Carter so I could go to work and then we decided to take dad out for his birthday to the Bass Pro Shop to eat and go bowling. I don't think we could have thought of a better gift.
#1 you have to understand that Drew and my dad are like best buds. Those of you who know my dad this probably won't surprise you. I mean, when my dad is around, no one else exists, just papa. They play, play, play ALL THE TIME. My dad lets Drew do pretty much whatever he wants (I do not remember him letting ME do whatever I wanted growing up.........)
Anywho.....we had a great time. CLICK HERE TO SEE VIDEO OF THE BOWING 'PRO'

Drew LOVED Bowling, I mean....REALLY LOVED BOWLING. Here are his bowling shoes with daddy's (Brad). TOO CUTE. I LOVED THEM.

ohmygosh excited
This was a 6lb ball. (I was throwing a 10lb ball, i'm just sayin') He did not use the roller thing that helps kids roll the ball down the lane. Nope. Not Drew he wanted to run and throw it like everyone else. (He did have bumpers up).
He never left the balls side and stood by the ball return.
He only got his fingers pinched I think 3 times.
I kept having to tell him to keep his hands on top of the ball or come sit back by us.
My big boy

He would bowl, watch his ball s l o w l y go to the pins,
then run back to the return and wait for it.
And we can't leave Bass Pro Shop without riding the 4 wheelers with daddy.

Good night had by all! One that we will have to repeat very soon!
(These pictures were taken by my point and shoot camera *gasp* b/c I didn't want to hull my other one around....I will never do this again, I wanted my good camera the whole time I was there)
