Pumpkin Patch weekend

Yep. you read that correctly....I'm a little behind on my own pictures, but what else is new. I need to up them in the priority list.  Like I said earlier my posts are going to be a little of the new and a little of the old.  So this is one of those 'old' posts.

Who needs order......I don't.  (ok ok I do, but I'm resisting with this blog)

Brian's mom and Jason came up to visit, they brought there new "puppy" Belle*, and the pumpkin patch is always a fun outing.  Every year we think about going somewhere other than Center Grove but every year we return to Center Grove.  So. much. to.do...plus they have some a-mazing apple cider slushes.  for real, get one...or two.  (I always get one on the way in and another on the way out, and sometimes in the middle)

*this is where getting another dog started popping in our heads b/c I never thought emma could get along with another dog before Belle came along.  So I blame Belle.

Corn Pool is one of the favorites.

His emotions are always right on his sleeve.  He is one of the happiest go-lucky kids I've ever met.
 

He is more cautious but once he figures it out he's all in.

The slide.  Prior years it has taken Drew some coaxing to go down this slide.  This year he tackled it just fine.  Growing up. Sigh.

First stop. Corn maze.  THEY FOUND every one.  I got lost once....ok maybe twice.  They had no fear and you had to move fast to keep up with them.


They were SO proud of themselves.  This is the first year we've actual participated in finding all the objects.  They had a BLAST.
