Easter Weekend

Hope everyone had a Great Easter Weekend! I have a few photos to show what our weekend was like. I have some video too, but I am not going to add that tonight. I am sleepy and I am in a good part in my book.

Brownie Delights! Love them. YUM.

So Yummy I just had to share with all of you!

The hot fudge on the top was homemade too

(not by me, by Mary Fitzgerald)

The picture would have been better

If I hadn't already started eating it

I couldn't wait!

--------------------------------------------------------------

Drew got an Easter basket from Grandma Gaskill.

In it was bubbles! Not sure he is quite old enough for those yet...

....he tried to eat the wand....and started crying.

Other than that

he thought they were fun! Thanks!!

--------------------------------------------------------------

Drew wants to be a Doctor like his Uncle Luke.

Here he is checking PaPa's heart.....yep full of love.

--------------------------------------------------------------

Sunday Morning Drew had an Easter Egg hunt.

The Eggs were big and plastic and he kept calling them balls.

He was excited..."Ball?" "Ball?" and kept pointing at them all.

He did a pretty good job of finding them

and he could open them too (his favorite part)

They were filled with Crackers, Fruit loops, and Fruit Snacks!

--------------------------------------------------------------

Then we got dressed in our Easter outfits and took pictures.

Silly Daddy!

I love my family
(why didn't someone tell me to tuck the random hair behind my ears?)

Drew picked the outfit out himself.

We held out 2 options and he picked this one.

Such good taste!

Another Family picture outside.

It was a little windy
(nice hand blockage by Drew...least someone was watching out for me)

--------------------------------------------------------------

For Easter Dinner we went to the farm and had lunch with the Veenstra's.

The food was delicious and it is always good to see everyone.

Drew played and played with Grandpa Veenstra and

Grandma Veenstra gave him lots of yummy treats.

Uncle Kyle got to feed him some yummy's as well....

the kid eats A LOT!

For some reason I didn't get out my camera the whole day....

....except to take a picture of me driving the 4-wheeler.

If Beppe can ride a 4-wheeler, then I can drive one.

Susie didn't even fall off once.

(Yes, I am smiling in this picture, no one told me you couldn't tell)
(I also have on my cousin's coat and shoes on who is in Jr. High Thanks Hannah!)

So cute! Alex does the same thing with bubbles, although he doesn't cry. He just sticks the blower part right on his mouth and then tries to blow. Silly kid... ;)
