Early November we went to Missouri and Drew got his birthday present early from Nana and Hippo. GUNS. Seriously I am not ready for this. Here's to learning gun safety. BUT they love it. AND cannot WAIT to get their first deer..or squirrel...or bird....

We had perfect weather
for me to sit in the back of the truck and watch
Brian's friends came to hang out and they brought their 'big boy' guns to shoot.
It was a little loud.
They even had a real MINI one for the boys. I know NOTHING about guns so I can't even act all smart and tell you what its called.
Parker was pretty darn proud of himself
He tried it a couple of times before Drew got up the nerve to try it.
They even had ME shoot. I have never shot a gun like this one. SCARY!!
Trying it this time without Dad holding on to it.
Drew decided to try it....I MAY be having mini panic attacks at this time...
I even tried to shoot one with a SIGHT on it. I hit the targets! So I concluded that using a sight it just plain cheating. If I CAN hit the target ANYONE can.
