Hawkeye Football

Yesterday was the 'big' game. Iowa vs Iowa Sate.  We picked up Drew a jersey to wear and then got ready for the game by playing a little football outside.

Love this picture.  It makes me flash forward to watching him play sports as he gets older.  He actually looks like he is throwing the football correctly in this picture.  He is SO focused I love it.  Maybe he will be a quarterback.....

Whatever he grows up to be or play we will love him just the same.

My boys cooperated with me but letting me take some pictures!  

We were going to take Drew to the game party we were going to, but there weren't going to be any other kids there so Brad's mom came and picked him up.  (turns out that was the right decision by us, thank you! we had a great time, sorry no photos from the night I left my camera at home)

When she came I roped her into taking some quick family pictures.

After Drew left Brad and I got ready (took a nap) to go to our party.  I bought these eye things for Drew to wear but he didn't want to so we put them on and took some pictures.  We took them off before our party though, we just like to be crazy in our own house thankyouverymuch.  well...sometimes.
