Pancakes

Drew and I made pancakes this morning.  And the true helper that he is, he helped me stir.

I read this tip somewhere to put pancake batter into one of these and cut the tip and you can make designs for your pancakes.  I had an extra one in the cupboard and thought....what the heck. I'll try it.

First I tried to spell the name Drew...it ended up into a big square. I did not take a picture of that one.

Then I tried a smile face.  It ended up with just eyes and a broken mouth.  I forgot to take a pic of the end.

So I tried a bunny.

poor bunny ended up with no legs on the flip.

I think I should stick to small circles.....

and big ones.

My first attempt with 'designs' wasn't 100% successful.  I will try again next time and maybe I will be better with the batter. =0).  Good thing pancakes taste great no matter how they look.
