Brad took Drew to his 18 month appointment today.
Here are his stats:
Height 31.5 inches (50%)
Weight: 26lbs 7oz. (45%)
Chest: 19.25 inches
Head: 19.25 inches
So he didn't change too much from his 15 month appointment. This is pretty much all the status I got from Brad. You know men with details. =0) I was lucky enough to get this much info out of him.
---------------------------
Drew's vocabulary is growing by the day and he tries to repeat a lot of what we say.
---------------------------
Very clearly he can say "Emma" "DaDa" MaMa" "Puppy" "Hi" "Bye" "PaPa" "NO".
---------------------------
We can understand "Shoe" "Cracker" "Please" "Thank-you" "Outside" "Inside" "Play" "Nigh Nigh" "Snack" "Book" .....I'm sure there are more but that is all I can think at this moment. Might have to edit later.
---------------------------
He RUNS everywhere, is a GREAT sleeper (goes to bed around 7pm and sleeps until at least 7am), we are 100% off the BOTTLE, we have almost all our teeth, in 18-24 month clothes, he loves to scream, makes funny faces, and we are learning how to do a summer salt.
---------------------------
He does like to be held, especially when he is tired and he has the cutest pouty face when you tell him no (he especially does this when Brad tells him no). He knows how to throw a pretty good temper tantrum and is getting familiar with time-outs.
---------------------------
He continues to melt our hearts every single day.

He continues to melt our hearts too. We are very proud of you two for the parenting you have done with Drew. I'm sure there is a little partiality there but you are all special in our book. Thanks for your blog to keep us in the know. Love you guys!

I had to read it a couple times to figure out what a "summer salt" was... I had never heard of that kind of salt? then I realized and laughed A LOT... summersault.
